COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS PROHIBITING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to comply with all local, state and federal laws or statues pertaining to the possession and/or use of any of the products we sell. Our sole responsibility for your order is to deliver your order to the carrier.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE. Please include Proof of Purchase with your return when you send it back or your return will not be processed. All products that come with a manufacturer or distributor's warranty are backed directly by the manufacturer or distributor. Please follow return instructions on the manufacturer or distributors warranty for any return. Any products without a warranty card or manufacturer or distributors warranty can be returned directly to Table of Gifts/OTF Sales company within 15 days from the date of purchase if the products is found to have a manufacturer's defect. You must obtain a return authorization number before returning any product. All merchandise without a warranty card or warranty information are sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied.
PRICES, SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS: Prices, specifications,brands and terms are subject to change without prior or additional notice. All product specifications have been provided to us by the manufacturer or distributor and though believed to be accurate have not been reviewed or verified by us. Voltage output and specifications for stun guns are measured differently by various manufactures and are difficult to measure accurately and have not been verified or confirmed. Spring assist knives vary in assist speed, some are faster than others. We are not responsible for any typos, misprints, or omissions on our web-site or printed materials.
All defective returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). Contact our office for an RMA#, which must be put on the outside of the box. Any returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA # will be refused. The cost to ship the defective product back to Table of Gifts/Raptor Tactical Supply Co. will be paid by the customer. For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $50 in value. The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back will be paid by Table of Gifts/OTF Sales Co.. We reserve the right to issue a store credit or replace any defective product. Please Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from our web-site.

Free Shipping: Free shipping promotions are for orders to be shipped within the continental U.S. only. Qualifying orders will be shipped by our choice of carrier and carrier program. Not all items qualify for free shipping programs and programs are subject to change without any prior or additional notice.
