The objective in the development of the Boker Plus Kalashnikov was to integrate design elements of the AK-47 assault rifle. CNC milling was chosen over die-casting as the manufacturing method for the handle in order to achieve the highest degree of precision. It is made of black hardcoat-anodised 6061-T6 aluminium and has non-slip inserts made of grey G10. They feature the same contour as the front handguard of the famous assault rifle. The most striking key recognisable feature is the black-coated blade made of D2, which stylistically corresponds to the bayonet blade of the AK-47. Supplied with a push-button that both opens and unlocks the knife and a clip (tip-up).
